Turning compliance into
a strategic advantage · ITAR & EAR

I help organizations navigate global trade with confidence, manage risk, and turn compliance into a strategic advantage. For nearly ten years in aerospace and defense—across trade controls, project management, and supply chain—I've translated complex regulations into practical paths for international business to move forward. I don't see compliance as checking a box; I see it as what makes global business possible.

Meet Donnetta

A practitioner's perspective.
A passion for helping others learn.

A decade spent where regulations, supply chains, and program deadlines intersect has shaped how I think about business—and how I teach it.

My work sits at the crossroads of global trade, export controls, and execution: reading the rules, connecting them to the mission, and showing teams how to move forward responsibly. I honed that perspective over nearly a decade at Boeing and now at Raytheon, and I bring the same everyday, in-the-work view to every room I speak in—not theory, but how it actually gets done.

I'm also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Regulatory Compliance at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law—because staying curious about the rules that shape business is part of who I am.
