About Donnetta

Experience that connects.
A perspective that’s practical.

I’m Donnetta Jenkins, an aerospace and defense professional, PMP, and lifelong learner. Over nearly a decade—most recently at Raytheon, and before that at Boeing—I’ve helped audiences understand how business, regulations, and execution come together.

My professional journey

Grounded in the work.
Focused on what comes next.

I work at the intersection of aerospace and defense, global trade, export controls, and regulatory compliance—where the details matter, the stakes are high, and getting it right is mission-critical. My job is translating complicated trade-control obligations into practical, compliant solutions that support program execution and business goals.

What sets me apart is connecting the regulatory requirement to the larger mission. Compliance protects the organization, enables global operations, reduces risk, and creates a path for business to move forward responsibly.

I bring that practitioner’s perspective to speaking and teaching: approachable explanations, practical insights, and a focus on helping people learn.
